Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 4-5 years of medical/scientific publications experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience is required.
• Knowledge of publication regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Publications Team(s) for assigned assets and drive execution of publication plans.
• Lead tactical execution of publications (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, oral presentations) within timelines and budgets.
• Review all publications for quality and alignment with platforms and policies.
• Partner with Publications Director to manage outsourcing budgets and internal resources.
• Provide direction to internal and external medical writers and to vendors to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Ensure performance assessments, training, and retention for staff.
