Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 4–5 years of medical/scientific publications experience in pharma or medical communications.
• Proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams and publications programs.
• Strong written/verbal communication and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Publications Team(s) for assets and guide publication plans.
• Oversee tactical execution of publications within timelines and budgets.
• Review publications for quality and alignment with platforms and strategy.
• Partner with Directors to align resources, budgets, and outsourcing needs.
• Provide supervision to writers and manage external vendors to ensure quality output.
