Job summary

Leidos’ Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) is seeking a field service technician to install, test, and repair complex equipment for aviation, ports, borders, and critical infrastructure customers.

The role requires on-site work at domestic and international sites, and travel is frequent. A background check (TSA eQIP) is required, and candidates should have 2+ years in electrical/electronic field service with strong customer focus and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Related trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or Military Training
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems
• Excellent communications skills and strong customer focus and teamwork
• Willing and able to travel on short notice
• Must pass an in-depth background check (TSA eQIP)

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems
• On-site installation and testing to ensure proper operation
• Isolate malfunctions and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate repair activities to meet SLAs in a 24/7 customer environment
• Update work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU)
