Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Field Service Engineer within the Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) division. The role involves on-site installation, testing, and repair of complex equipment across various customer sites, with travel both domestically and internationally.

The position requires 2+ years in troubleshooting electrical/electronic systems, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. TSA background check and travel flexibility are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork orientation with customer focus.
• Willingness to travel on short notice and cover 24/7 environments.
• Must pass a TSA background check (eQIP).

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair complex equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct on-site installation and testing to ensure proper operation.
• Isolate start-up malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Coordinate repair activities to meet SLAs and timelines.
• Update work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU).
• Operate in a 24/7 customer environment with urgent response needs.
