Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
• Excellent communications skills and strong customer focus and teamwork.
• Willing & able to travel on short notice and pass TSA eQIP background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Conduct on-site installation and testing to ensure proper operation.
• Isolate startup malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Follow established guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Handle semi-routine tasks with deviation recognition from standard practice.
• Manage resources, schedules, and coordinate repair activities to meet SLAs.
• Travel to customer sites domestically and internationally as required.
• Update work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU) for customers.
