Job summary

Leidos' Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) Operation is seeking a field service professional to install, test, and repair complex equipment at customer sites worldwide. You will coordinate on-site commissioning, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with SLAs in a 24/7 environment, with travel to domestic and international sites as required.

Candidates should have related trade experience (electrical/mechanical), at least 2 years in field service and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Related trade experience or military training with 2 years in electrical/mechanical field service.
• 2 years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic systems.
• Strong communication, customer focus, and team orientation; willing to travel on short notice.
• Must pass TSA eQIP background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify and repair complex equipment and systems for customers.
• Perform on-site installation and testing to ensure proper operation.
• Diagnose malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Update work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU).
• Coordinate repair activities and meet SLAs in a 24/7 customer environment.
