Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) team. You will install, modify, and repair complex equipment and systems at customer sites, conduct on-site testing, and diagnose start-up malfunctions in a 24/7 environment.

Domestically and internationally travel is required. You must pass TSA eQIP background checks, have at least 2 years of troubleshooting experience, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills to support our critical

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
Excellent communications skills and strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork.
Must be willing & able to travel on short notice.
Must be able to pass an in-depth background check (TSA eQIP).

Responsibilities

Performing customer support activities involving installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
On-site installation and testing of equipment to ensure proper working order.
Isolating equipment start-up malfunctions and taking corrective action.
Maintaining schedules and coordinating repair activities to meet SLAs.
Working in a 24/7 customer environment with immediate response times and travel to sites.
