Job summary

Leidos is seeking an SES Field Service Technician to support installation, testing, and repair of complex equipment across client sites. The role requires travel to customer locations, excellent communication, and strong customer focus in a 24/7 environment.

Minimum 2 years in troubleshooting electrical/electronic systems; ability to pass TSA eQIP background check; proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus; willing to travel on short notice.
• Must be able to pass TSA eQIP background check.
• Related trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or Military Training as equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Performing customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• On-site installation and testing of equipment to ensure proper working order.
• Isolating equipment start-up malfunctions and taking corrective action.
• Managing resources, maintaining schedules, and coordinating all repair activities to ensure adherence to contractual SLAs.
• Working in a customer environment with 24/7 operations and traveling to sites as required.
• Updating work orders in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU for customers.
