Job summary

Leidos is seeking a field service technician to support Security Enterprise Solutions across aviation, ports, borders, and critical infrastructure. You will install, configure, test, and repair complex equipment at customer sites, often in 24/7 environments, with long travel to domestic and international sites.

The role requires 2+ years in field service for electrical/electronic systems, excellent communication, and ability to travel on short notice.

Qualifications

• Related trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or military training.
• Minimum 2 years' experience troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems.
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify and repair complex equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Conduct on-site installation and testing to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Update work orders in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Maximo and GURU.
