Job summary

Leidos seeks a field service technician to install, repair and test complex equipment for aviation, ports, borders and critical infrastructure customers. Travel to customer sites domestically and internationally is required, and on-call shifts may be needed to meet 24/7 environment demands.

The role requires 2+ years of troubleshooting and field repair experience, strong customer focus, and the ability to pass TSA eQIP background checks. Proficiency with Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of troubleshooting and field repair experience.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation; travel on short notice.
• Background check (TSA eQIP) required.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair complex equipment and systems.
• Conduct on-site installation and testing.
• Isolate startup malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Update work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU).
• Coordinate repair activities to meet SLAs.
• Travel to customer sites domestically and internationally.
