Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to support sponsor-dedicated feasibility across UK, Poland, Spain or US. The role spans RFPs, data synthesis, and stakeholder engagement to drive site selection and study feasibility.

You will collaborate with clinical, business analytics, and development teams, presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong English communication and analytical skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Independent and virtual team collaboration capability.
• Ability to interpret complex clinical and scientific data.
• Experience with CRO/pharma industry and bid processes.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on RFP and paid feasibility objectives across indications.
• Manages multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
