Job summary

Syneos Health in the US seeks a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated engagements across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will independently drive feasibility assessments, liaise with stakeholders, and deliver data-driven site selection strategies to support study execution.

This role requires strong English communication, experience in CRO/pharma feasibility, and the ability to travel as needed. You will report to Clinical Solutions and influence cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor level science degree with emphasis on medical research.
Ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience working independently in virtual and global teams.
Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry practices and standards.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead independent feasibility studies for multiple trials across indications.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines.
Develop and present feasibility analyses and site selection strategies.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to departmental knowledge sharing.
Maintain comprehensive records and drive process improvements in feasibility workflows.
