Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead (Sponsor dedicated across UK, Poland, Spain or US) to independently manage paid feasibility assessments and RFPs. You will work with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, timelines, and study protocols, delivering data-backed insights and presentations.

Requires a science background and strong English communication, with ability to mentor and coordinate teams across locations. Travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis on medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team settings.
• Understand and present complex scientific/clinical data.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles.
• Ability to develop effective bid text.
• Manage data to drive business objectives.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Translate feasibility intelligence into site/focus decisions.
• Uses historical data and market intel for decisions.
• Mentor and train others when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility studies with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments across indications and therapies.
• Identify solutions for non-standard requests.
• Coordinate with sponsors, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Support department operations and mentorship as needed.
• Coordinate work of team members during multi-study programs.
• Support management in achieving business objectives.
• Review sponsor requirements and timelines with stakeholders.
• Conduct literature research for background information.
• Prepare materials for bid defenses and meetings.
• Develop metrics to measure feasibility impact.
• Maintain comprehensive records in internal libraries.
• Support development of feasibility analysis systems.
• Deliver pre-award site feasibility presentations/reports.
• Evaluate new informatics tools for feasibility assessment.
