Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead – Sponsor dedicated to support RFPs and feasibility across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will liaise with internal stakeholders, review sponsor requirements, and independently conduct literature research to inform site selection and study strategies.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, advanced MS Office skills, and excellent English communication in a dynamic, travel-flexible environment. Remote/intl scope preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science or related field and strong scientific literacy.
• Able to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles, concepts and standards.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Ability to manage data to drive business objectives and decision making.
• Attention to detail and ability to translate feasibility into actionable site decisions.
• Uses historical performance data and market intelligence to support decisions.
• Influences country allocation and site selection strategy via evidence-based recommendations.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and internet research.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
• Excellent English communication (verbal/written).
• Superior time management; multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible around travel and hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with minimal oversight on RFP and paid feasibility objectives across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply knowledge to moderately complex activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Mentor junior staff when appropriate; participate in team operations as needed.
• Coordinate work of team members during multi-study programs.
• Support department management in achieving business objectives.
• Review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines with Business Units and other teams.
• Research scientific literature and present background information.
• Prepare materials for bid defenses and meetings under supervision.
• Develop metrics to measure feasibility impact and site recruitment.
• Maintain comprehensive records in internal libraries.
