Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to support sponsor-dedicated studies across the UK, Poland, Spain or US. The role focuses on independent RFP and paid feasibility assessments, data interpretation, and stakeholder collaboration across therapeutic areas.

The candidate will manage multiple assignments, liaise with internal stakeholders, and contribute to development of feasibility analytics and metrics. Strong English communication and travel flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level science degree with emphasis on medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Ability to understand and present complex clinical research data and methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles, concepts, practices and standards.
• Strong skills in sales and bid text development.
• Experience in managing data to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in analyses.
• Translates feasibility intelligence into actionable decisions for site selection.
• Uses historical performance data to support decision making.
• Influences country allocation and site strategy with evidence-based recommendations.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email and internet research.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Excellent time management; able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to change and collaborate as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and adapt work hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Independently handles RFP and paid feasibility objectives with minimal oversight across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply knowledge to moderately complex tasks.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol and timelines.
• Limited mentoring of junior staff may be expected.
• Coordinate work of team members during multi-study programs.
• Support department management in achieving business objectives.
• Review sponsor requirements, protocol and timelines with Business Units and Medical Directors.
• Conduct literature research to support feasibility assessments.
• Prepare materials for bid defenses and attend meetings under supervision.
• Develop metrics to measure impact of feasibility assessments and site identification.
