Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated projects across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will independently execute paid feasibility studies, coordinate with sponsors, and deliver data-driven site selection strategies.

Strong scientific communication, stakeholder management, and advanced MS Office skills are required to drive study feasibility and contribute to business objectives in a global CRO environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific data and analyses.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Strong communication and bid text development skills.
• Ability to mentor others and manage data to drive objectives.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility analyses with little oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments across indications and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to review sponsor requirements and protocols.
• Provide background research using literature and internal tools.
• Support bid defenses and develop metrics to measure feasibility impact.
• Maintain comprehensive records and data in internal libraries.
• Evaluate new informatics tools for feasibility assessment.
