Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to support sponsor-dedicated studies across the UK, Poland, Spain or US.

The role focuses on independent feasibility assessments, data interpretation, and stakeholder alignment to drive site selection decisions. In this position you will manage multiple feasibility studies, liaise with internal teams, review protocols, and develop informative manuscripts and presentations for key sponsors, while maintaining rigorous records and ensuring

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Able to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific data and analysis methods.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Effective bid text development and data-driven decision making.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on RFPs and paid feasibility objectives.
• Manage multiple assignments across indications with limited oversight.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and review sponsor requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to review protocols and timelines.
• Develop presentations and written reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive records and data storage in libraries.
