Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated work across the UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will manage RFP feasibility studies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver data-driven site selection strategies.

The role requires leadership in feasibility analyses, strong communication with stakeholders, and the ability to travel as needed to support global studies.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications).
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Translates feasibility intelligence into actionable study and site selection decisions.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Flexible around travel and work hours.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with little oversight towards RFP and paid feasibility objectives across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support department operations.
• Develop and present pre-award site feasibility assessments for stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
