Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to support sponsor-driven feasibility across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will lead RFP and paid feasibility reviews, coordinating with internal stakeholders to shape robust feasibility and site-selection strategies.

The role requires excellent English communication, virtual collaboration, and flexibility to travel as needed to meet project timelines and deliver critical insights for trial planning.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Understand and present complex clinical data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Proven ability to develop and manage bid text for RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on RFPs and paid feasibility across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply knowledge to complex activities.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol and timelines.
• Mentors team members as needed and supports department objectives.
• Reviews sponsor requirements and develops feasibility presentations and reports.
• Participates in evaluating informatics tools for feasibility assessment.
