Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility assessments across UK, Poland, Spain or US. The role requires independent work, scientific insight, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

You will lead RFPs, coordinate timelines, develop metrics, and mentor team members while travel is involved to ensure site identification and study feasibility excellence.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
Independent in virtual and team environments.
Ability to interpret complex scientific data and analyses.
Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry standards.
Strong sales and bid text development.
Mentoring and training capabilities.
Excellent English communication.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead RFP and paid feasibility assessments with minimal oversight.
Manage multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
Identify solutions for non-standard requests and apply knowledge to moderately complex activities.
Coordinate sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
Mentor team members as directed by line manager.
Prepare materials for bid defenses and meetings.
Develop metrics to measure feasibility impact and site selection.
