Job summary

Remote is seeking a Lifecycle, Employee Relations & Transitions specialist to manage offboarding for external employees across international jurisdictions with a focus on legal compliance and exceptional service. You will guide clients through termination procedures, coordinate with payroll and legal teams, and drive improvements in processes and automation within a fast‑paced, async environment.

Qualifications

• HR Advisor or HRBP with generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills for complex situations.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and provide practical HR guidance in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end offboarding across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on terminations, resignations and transfers with compliance in mind.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal counsel, government bodies and unions as needed.
• Respond to client inquiries on offboarding matters with clear, timely guidance.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation within the lifecycle and ER functions.
