Job summary

Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage offboarding for external employees with a focus on legal compliance and delightful service. You will provide first-level Employee Relations support and guide clients through workplace concerns, coordinating resources as needed.

As part of the Lifecycle team, you will contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives, working asynchronously in a global, remote setting.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and compliance.
• Strong understanding of employment laws across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across jurisdictions, ensuring a smooth offboarding experience.
• Provide HR guidance on termination, resignations, transfers, and related processes.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees, supporting workforce reductions and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and benefits teams to ensure compliant offboarding.
• Respond to queries on offboarding and employee relations with stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and contribute to product development.
