• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and advise on employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with focus on compliance and CX.
• Provide HR guidance on contracts, terminations, resignations, and transfers, ensuring legal compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees, including separations and settlements guidance.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and benefits to ensure accurate offboarding and data integrity.
• Drive process improvements and automation within offboarding and employee relations workflows.
