Job summary

Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage exits for external employees with an emphasis on legal compliance and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant offboarding and drive improvements across the lifecycle. This role supports clients across multiple jurisdictions and remote environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliant offboarding.
• Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation and transfer procedures.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on separations and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions for offboarding.
• Draft termination and related documents with privacy and confidentiality in mind.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve offboarding processes.
