Job summary

Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions, to manage offboarding for external employees with a focus on legal compliance and exceptional service. You will guide clients through workplace concerns, coordinate with internal teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives in an international, asynchronous environment.

You will join the Lifecycle team under the Manager Employee Lifecycle, Employee Relations & Transitions, in a role based in the EMEA region,

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and cross‑jurisdiction practice.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Proactive in process optimization and automation in HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end offboarding across multiple jurisdictions with a focus on compliance and customer service.
• Provide first‑level Employee Relations support and guidance to clients.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate HR records.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations and transitions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and product features.
