Job summary

Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage international employee exits with a focus on legal compliance and delivering exceptional client service.

You will guide clients through terminations, resignations, transfers and offboarding, coordinating with payroll, legal, and benefits teams to ensure accurate records and smooth transitions in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with lifecycle focus.
• Strong understanding of employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a global remote team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with focus on compliance and service.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, and related processes.
• Lead meetings with clients and employees, including separations and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and benefits to ensure compliant offboarding.
• Support process improvements and automation within Lifecycle & Employee Relations.
