This role requires 7+ years of experience in equity compensation and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. It offers a hybrid work option centered in California, complemented by a competitive salary range and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
• Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams for equity administration.
• Act as a key point of contact for client projects.
• Help establish governance frameworks for equity programs globally.
• Support the design and rollout of global equity plans.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team culture.
• Support development of dashboards for tracking participation and compliance.
