Firetrace International—part of Halma plc—is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across clean energy and emerging markets. You will identify opportunities, build a qualified pipeline, and convert opportunities into revenue with OEMs, utilities, and developers.

The role requires 2+ years in business development or related commercial experience in energy or mission-critical markets, with strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful business development, strategic sales, or related commercial experience in energy, industrial, clean technology, fire protection or mission‑critical markets.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts, cultivate strategic partnerships, build and convert a qualified pipeline, and expand the adoption of Firetrace solutions across OEMs, utilities, developers, EPCs, integrators, and asset owners/operators.
