Firetrace International, part of Halma plc, seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across global energy and emerging markets. You will open new accounts, cultivate partnerships, and build a robust pipeline with OEMs, utilities, developers, EPCs, integrators, and asset owners/operators.

You bring 2+ years in business development or strategic sales in energy or related sectors, a Bachelor's degree, and proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful business development, strategic sales, or related commercial experience in energy, industrial, clean technology, fire protection or mission‑critical markets.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, build a qualified pipeline, navigate complex sales cycles, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Responsabilités

• Open new accounts, cultivate strategic partnerships, build and convert a qualified pipeline.
• Penetrate Emerging Markets—develop account‑specific strategies to penetrate new markets, applications and customer segments.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with OEMs, utilities, developers, EPCs, distributors, integrators and other industry partners
• Communicate the technical and commercial value of Firetrace solutions, emphasizing safety, asset protection, risk reduction and operational resilience.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to advance opportunities from initial engagement through commercial close.
