Firetrace International, part of Halma plc, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in global energy and emerging markets in the United States. You will identify opportunities, build strategic alliances, and manage a robust pipeline across OEMs, utilities, and developers.

Formación
- 2+ years of business development, strategic sales, or related experience in energy, industrial, clean tech, fire protection, or mission-critical markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to prospect, build a qualified pipeline, navigate complex sales cycles, and convert opportunities into revenue.
Responsabilidades
- Open new accounts and cultivate strategic partnerships to grow revenue.
- Build and convert a qualified pipeline across OEMs, utilities, developers, EPCs, integrators, and asset operators.
- Penetrate emerging markets with tailored account strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Communicate the value of Firetrace solutions with a focus on safety, asset protection, and resilience.
