Job summary

Abnormal Security Corp. is seeking a Senior Director, Global Enablement to lead a worldwide team driving field, technical, customer success, and partner enablement.

You will build role-based programs, certifications, and in-person onboarding, while launching an AI-first enablement engine to accelerate multi-product selling and platform adoption. You will report to the VP of GTM Operations and guide the organization across North America, EMEA, and APJ to align with company growth, product

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in sales, technical, or GTM enablement at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• At least 6 years leading teams, including multiple managers or directors.
• Experience spanning North America, EMEA, and APJ.
• Proven track record building and scaling enablement for multiple field roles.
• Experience designing and running role-based certification programs and onboarding at scale.
• Strong ability to tie enablement to ramp, productivity, and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global, unified enablement organization across field, technical, customer success, and partner streams.
• Set strategy and operating model for enablement and develop next-gen leaders.
• Build role-based programs for AEs, SDRs, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners.
• Own certifications from readiness to product and technical mastery.
• Run in-person onboarding bootcamps and regional workshops.
• Design AI-first, just-in-time enablement and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Revenue Ops to align priorities.
• Measure impact on ramp time, productivity, and revenue outcomes.
