Job summary

Abnormal AI seeks a Senior Director, Global Enablement to lead a worldwide enablement organization and drive multi-product growth. You will design role-based programs, certify readiness, and manage onboarding bootcamps while building an AI-first enablement engine that scales with product velocity.

You will partner with Product, Sales, CS, and Partners to align programs with strategic priorities and measure impact on ramp, productivity, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in sales, technical, or GTM enablement at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• At least 6 years leading teams, including directors or managers across a global org.
• Experience enabling a GTM org through a shift to a multi-product platform with measurable impact.
• Experience designing and running role-based certification programs and in-person onboarding bootcamps.
• Experience building or scaling partner and channel enablement programs.
• Demonstrated ability applying AI to enablement with AI coaching and just-in-time learning.
• Experience running product launch readiness in a fast-moving, multi-product environment.
• Strong enablement measurement tying programs to ramp, productivity, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Make enablement a core growth driver aligned to the platform shift.
• Lead a global unified enablement organization across field, technical, CS, and partner roles.
• Build role-based learning paths for AEs, SDRs, SEs, CS, services, leadership, and partners.
• Own standards for role-based certifications and high-quality onboarding bootcamps.
• Run world-class in-person onboarding and field enablement events.
• Own in-person field enablement and regional workshops for maximum impact.
• Lead technical enablement to ensure product understanding across GTM roles.
• Build a scalable partner and channel enablement program.
• Design AI-first, just-in-time enablement engine and workflows.
• Coordinate with Product on launch readiness and measure impact on pipeline.
• Allocate resources and manage enablement budget and tech stack.
• Partner with GTM leadership to align enablement with company priorities.
