Job summary

Abnormal AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Global Enablement to lead a global team responsible for field enablement, technical enablement, onboarding, certifications, and partner enablement.

You will build an AI-first enablement engine, align programs with product velocity, and drive multi-product selling across the organization. You will report to the VP of GTM Operations and influence cross-functional leaders to ensure ramp-up, retention, and revenue growth across North America, EMEA, and

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in sales, technical, or GTM enablement at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, with at least 6 years leading teams.
• Experience building and scaling enablement for multiple field roles (AEs, SDRs, Sales Engineers, Customer Success).
• Experience enabling a GTM organization through a transition from single product to multi-product platform.
• Experience designing and running role-based certification programs and onboarding bootcamps at scale.
• Experience building or scaling partner and channel enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Make enablement a core growth driver aligned to the shift to the Abnormal Behavioral AI platform.
• Lead a global, unified enablement organization across field, technical, customer success, and partner enablement.
• Build role-based programs and certifications for all field roles including AEs, SDRs, SEs, and Customer Success.
• Own in-person onboarding bootcamps and regional field enablement events.
• Develop AI-first, just-in-time enablement engine to deliver the right resources at the right time.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Revenue Ops to ensure launch readiness.
