Abnormal is seeking a Senior Director, Global Enablement to lead a global team responsible for field enablement, technical enablement, onboarding, certifications, and partner enablement. You will build an AI-first, just-in-time enablement engine and drive programs that shift sellers from single-product deals to platform and multi-product selling, ensuring rapid ramp and sustained readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in sales, technical, or GTM enablement at high-growth B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Make enablement a core growth driver tied to the platform shift.
• Lead a global enablement organization across field, technical, customer success, and partner teams.
• Design learning paths for AEs, SDRs, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, sales leaders, and Channel partners.
• Own certifications and in-person onboarding bootcamps at scale.
• Run world-class onboarding and bootcamps.
• Build an AI-first, just-in-time enablement engine with feedback loops.
• Measure impact on ramp time, certification quality, and pipeline outcomes.
