Job summary

Obsidian Security in the United States is hiring a Head of GTM Enablement to own how customer-facing teams learn, apply, and win. This leader will shape onboarding, ramp, and ongoing development across sales, technical, and BDR, driving faster revenue and higher win rates.

You will build an enablement operating system, measure success by ramp times, pipeline quality, and quota attainment, and partner with Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and RevOps to stay ahead of AI security market shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling a GTM or revenue enablement function in a high-growth tech company.
• Deep experience enabling the full customer-facing org (AEs, SEs, BDRs).
• Fluency with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and value-based messaging; trackable results.

Responsibilities

• Build the enablement operating system with onboarding, ramp, and ongoing development.
• Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to accelerate reps to productivity.
• Coach based on real conversations and deal data, not just content engagement.
• Lead AI-first enablement initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
