• Reporting to VP of GTM Operations, leading a team of enablement directors and managers.
• Making enablement a core growth driver for the transition to a multi-product platform.
• Owning role-based certifications and in-person onboarding bootcamps.
• Building an AI-first, just-in-time enablement engine with AI role play and coaching.
• Leading a global, unified enablement organization covering all field roles.
• Measuring impact on ramp time, multi-product attach, and revenue outcomes.
