Abnormal AI is seeking a Senior Director of Global Enablement to lead a global, multi-team enablement function that accelerates field readiness, partner enablement, and customer-facing success. You will own onboarding bootcamps, certifications, and an AI-first enablement engine that feeds back field realities into learning content.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in sales/enablement at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with 6+ years leading teams.
• Experience scaling enablement across multi-product platforms and global field roles.
• Proven ability to design role-based certifications and in-person onboarding at scale.
• Experience applying AI to enablement, including AI role play and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Make enablement a core growth driver aligned to the shift to a multi-product platform.
• Lead a global enablement organization across field, technical, CS, and partner teams.
• Develop role-based programs for AEs, SDRs, SEs, CS, and partners.
• Own certifications quality and in-person onboarding bootcamps at scale.
• Partner with GTM leaders to ensure alignment with product launches and revenue goals.
• Build an AI-first enablement engine with just-in-time learning and feedback loops.
• Measure impact on ramp, productivity, and multi-product revenue outcomes.
