Job summary

Lyft is expanding its People Technology organization and seeking a Business Systems Lead for Payroll & Time to drive the Dayforce migration across multiple countries. You will own requirements, govern the implementation partner, and manage the vendor ecosystem ensuring compliant payroll and time- tracking across waves.

You will partner with Payroll Ops, HR, Legal, and Finance to steer strategy and operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of functional payroll and time tracking systems experience with strong hands-on configuration in Ceridian Dayforce.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and formal vendor management practices as product/service owner.
• Hands-on experience with middleware/integration connecting payroll/time to upstream HCM and downstream ERP/finance systems; Boomi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements and direct the implementation partner for Dayforce payroll and time migration.
• Drive migration waves end-to-end across 12–15 countries, including testing and cutover.
• Own integration architecture between Dayforce and Workday/Oracle ERP/middleware; ensure data governance and security.
• Establish post-implementation governance, vendor management, and runbooks for long-term platform operation.
• Bridge payroll/operations terms with technical teams and executives.
