Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program/Project Management in HR Operations or HR services.
• Experience with AI, automation, and HR tech to optimize processes.
• Demonstrated M&A integration experience in HR operational contexts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and streamline end-to-end HR workflows to remove friction.
• Translate business needs into actionable specs for technical teams.
• Lead HR Operations advisory to optimize processes.
• Oversee M&A HR integration and operational readiness.
• Partner with CEIT to co-design AI-enabled HR solutions.
• Lead UAT and change management for new tools.
