A leading consulting firm is looking for a Senior Dayforce Functional Lead to enhance payroll and benefits processes using Dayforce. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of hands-on experience with Dayforce Payroll and the ability to collaborate with HR and Finance teams. You will lead system testing, gather business requirements, and ensure the platform scales with business growth. This is an opportunity to significantly improve operational efficiency within the organization.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on Dayforce functional experience.
• Strong experience optimizing an already-live Dayforce environment.
• Experience implementing or expanding additional Dayforce modules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Phase II optimization of Dayforce Payroll and Benefits.
• Gather business requirements for new module implementations.
• Partner with stakeholders to streamline workflows.

Conocimientos

Dayforce functional experience

Strong experience with Dayforce Payroll

Understanding of payroll operations

Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration
