Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking a payroll support professional to assist during a high hiring period for a global, multibillion-dollar organization, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and record maintenance using Dayforce Payroll.

This temp-to-permanent role offers hands-on exposure to large-scale payroll operations and collaboration with HR, Benefits, Finance, and employees across the organization in a hybrid Charlotte setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting payroll administration in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience using Dayforce Payroll.
• Experience maintaining employee payroll data and supporting new-hire setup.
• Ability to handle payroll discrepancies and perform reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll support during high hiring volume and organizational growth.
• Help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time by supporting recurring payroll processing activities.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including new-hire setup and ongoing payroll changes.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve payroll-related tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with post-payroll reporting, audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Help the payroll team maintain strong service levels while managing increased transaction volume.
