The ideal candidate will have extensive Dayforce implementation experience and a robust background in payroll regulations and compliance requirements. This role emphasizes collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure compliance and align payroll solutions with local labor laws.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of payroll experience, including global/multi-country payroll.
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM Payroll.
• Proven background supporting enterprise-level Dayforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the expert for global payroll processes within Dayforce.
• Provide guidance on local tax regulations and compliance standards.
• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation.
