Acuity Inc. is seeking a Senior Director for Global Payroll Operations to shape strategy, operating models, and end-to-end delivery of payroll and time services across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters Degree preferred.
• PMP Certification.
• 15+ years of progressive global payroll and time-management experiences, including the past 7 years leading multi-country operations, transformation, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global payroll and time strategy, operating model, governance framework, and transformation roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end global payroll and time operations with compliant, timely service delivery.
• Advise executive leadership on payroll strategy, performance, compliance, and investments.
• Provide oversight of global payroll compliance, tax administration, statutory reporting, and internal controls.
• Establish governance and accountability frameworks with risk management and transparency.
• Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and value realization.
• Sponsor global transformation initiatives including process standardization and automation.
• Build a high-performing global team with inclusive leadership.
