Qualifications

• Excellent project management, attention to detail and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of accurate, compliant payroll services within agreed timeframes.
• Oversee payroll governance and compliance with legislative and enterprise requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline, automate and optimise payroll processes.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the Payroll Services team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and use data to support decisions.
