Job summary

Paycom is seeking an HRIS Analyst to lead the Dayforce HCM implementation and ongoing administration across our U.S. operations. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and business leaders to optimize Dayforce modules, improve processes, and deliver a strong employee experience.

The ideal candidate combines HRIS expertise with project management, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills, ensuring data integrity and successful system adoption across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in HRIS/HCM or related enterprise systems.
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise HRIS implementations.
• Strong HR/payroll/benefits knowledge and data integrity focus.
• Experience with testing, UAT, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dayforce implementation and deployments.
• Gather requirements and translate into system solutions.
• Configure Dayforce workflows, security, and org structures.
• Coordinate data conversions, testing, UAT.
• Develop training materials and end-user guides.
• Provide ongoing system administration and issue resolution.
• Create dashboards and reports; workforce analytics.
• Support change management and user adoption.
