Job summary

EY is seeking an Alliance Manager for the Databricks partner program to coordinate global activities and drive strategic collaboration. The role focuses on alliance governance, cross-border activation, and delivering measurable impact across EY’s ecosystem.

You will work with leadership, alliance partners, and EY delivery teams to execute programs, optimize performance, and report on outcomes while traveling as needed in a hybrid UK-based setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to juggle many activities and provide enablement services across key areas such as relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, and contract management.
• Understanding of Databricks technology and the business benefits of alliance partner products and solutions.
• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services companies.
• Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence management skills enabling actions and results across organizational boundaries.
• A credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Databricks alliance partner program strategy.
• Gain access to alliance Databricks level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally, driving local activation and governance.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting and metrics as needed.
• Activate new countries and super regions globally, ensuring approvals and governance for new programs.
• Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements.
• Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network with content, knowledge sharing, and market insights.
