Job summary

EY is seeking a Databricks Alliance Program ARD within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team to drive strategy, enablement, and governance across alliance initiatives.

You will coordinate global activations with EY leadership and partner organizations, deliver strong financial reporting, and ensure compliance while enabling local execution in a hybrid, travel-friendly role based in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services.
• Ability to build and nurture win-win alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence management skills.
• Highly credible communicator with project management and ability to drive alliance sales and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Databricks alliance partner program strategy.
• Gain access to alliance Databricks level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and metrics.
• Activate new countries and ensure governance for new programs.
• Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements.
• Contributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network.
