Job summary

EY is seeking a senior professional to lead the Databricks alliance program as part of the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team. The role coordinates with EY leadership and partner staff to deliver alliance objectives, governance, and revenue outcomes across multiple regions.

The position is based in the UK with a mix of virtual work and cross-border collaboration, and some travel expected to support global programs and business plans.

• Proven alliance management experience with tech/payments/services
• Strong governance and contract oversight capabilities
• Ability to drive marketing and enablement for alliance programs
• Experience delivering alliance revenue and outcomes across organizations
• Excellent relationship building and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven project management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Databricks alliance partner program strategy
• Gain access to alliance Databricks level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally along with driving local activation and compliance
• Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting, and metrics as needed for individual alliance partner impact/influence
• Activate new countries and super regions globally ensuring proper approvals and governance is in place for new programs
• Drive Compliance with internal policies and requirements
• Contributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insights
