Job summary

EY is seeking a strategic Alliance Manager within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team. The role focuses on the Databricks Partner Program ARD, coordinating with Global Alliance Leadership and EY delivery practices to deliver alliance objectives.

Travel and cross-continental coordination are involved. The candidate will drive compliance, enablement, and governance across programs, activating new countries and reporting on partner impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management or business development within technology or professional services.
• Evidence of success in building and nurturing alliance relationships.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to multi-task across projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute alliance partner program strategy.
• Gain access to alliance Databricks programs and deploy partner programs globally with local activation.
• Provide alliance intelligence with financial reporting and metrics as needed.
