Job summary

Reachdesk Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Controller to own the accounting function, driving close processes, consolidation, audits, and technical accounting across a multi-currency, multi-entity landscape.

Reporting to the CFO, you will strengthen controls, develop the international team, and partner with leaders to translate finance insights into business actions while leveraging NetSuite and SuiteBilling for automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting, multi-entity, multi-currency experience.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge incl ASC 606.
• Experience leading external audits.
• ERP and automation focus with NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with reconciliations.
• Lead technical accounting analysis on revenue, principal vs agent, wallets.
• Oversee group and UK statutory audits.
• Improve internal controls and tax compliance.
• Collaborate with leaders on strategic finance projects.
• Drive NetSuite automation and integration improvements.
• Develop and manage the international accounting team.
